Processing of your data We process your data for the newsletter exclusively upon your previous approval or consent, or as part of a valid business relationship, based on our legitimate interest in sending information to you as our business partner.
A so-called "tracking pixel" is embedded in the newsletter mailings. Provided that your e-mail client does not block this tracking pixel, we will receive information as to when and how often the receiving e-mail address opened the e-mail. Moreover, the clicks to links that lead from the newsletter to this website will be counted. In addition, a corresponding server log entry is generated during such visits (see also Server Logs). The system will assign the respective number of times the e-mail is accessed or opened to the receiving e-mail address. These data will by no means be forwarded to third parties, and will be deleted automatically from the system after 14 days, so that they cannot in any way be linked to your identity after this period expires.
In every newsletter, you also receive the option to remove your e-mail address from our distribution list using an "Unsubscribe" link. At the same time, you have the possibility to withdraw your consent to the processing of your e-mail address for the purpose of receiving the newsletter by sending a corresponding e-mail to us.
